Payment terms:Payment within 60 calendar days from the moment of signing the act of work performed in cash, with a bill of exchange JSC RUSAL Achinsk
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert assessment of the choice of the contractor for the work are:
1. The minimum purchase cost.
2. Minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in the contract of the customer.
4. Availability of permits and resources for work:
- the presence of SRO;
- availability of voluntary certification;
- availability of human resources;
- experience in performing similar work over the past 3 years.
5. Duration of work: until 01.10.2019
6. Payment within 60 days. from the moment of signing the act of work performed in cash, by a bill of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
7. Quality assurance of work and services: from 12 months.
8. Availability of production base.
9. Availability of vehicles.
10. Availability of specialized equipment.
11. For disruption of the terms of work, there are penalties in the amount of not less than 10% of the cost of work performed.
12. The minimum number and qualified composition of workers at the site:
- installers 5p-1 4p-2, 3p-1;
- 5p-2 welders;
- slingers 4p-2, 3p-2;
- concrete carpenters 5p-1 4p-1.

Comments:
Commercial offer should be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization.
JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- commercial offer received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who submitted a commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has a negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.

The selection will be held with the obligatory peretorzhek.
