to consider the application, you must upload the following documents:
- The completed appendix No. 1 to the TOR in the EXCEL format (in Appendix No. 2). It is necessary to fill in all three tabs of the application (KP card, RDC, Other expenses)
- The completed questionnaire of the counterparty in Word format, all fields are required to be filled in. (appendix No. 3)
- Constituent documents according to the attached list. (appendix No. 4)
- Signed consent to data processing on the company's letterhead (appendix No. 5).
- Send the documents according to the List (Appendix No. 6). The documents of the technical part of the commercial offer must be placed separately in folders according to the items in the documentation list. Documentation is required to be provided at the marketing stage of clause 4.2 of the TOR. According to the information security standard of AGMK LLC, the maximum volume of an incoming letter is not more than 10 MB. If the package of documents exceeds this volume, it is necessary to divide this archive into parts/volumes of 10 MB each and send it by several letters.

We draw your attention to paragraph 1. 8 of the Terms of Reference - The main requirements for the scope of work. All works are subject to execution according to the RD. The RDC contains enlarged prices.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms and cost of work, payment terms, work experience. This procedure for requesting an offer is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction
