Auto-extension

Payment terms:Terms of payment in accordance with the requirements of the Rusagro Group of Companies: postpaid. Interim payments are allowed upon acceptance of the work performed.
In the event of an advance payment of 1,000,000 rubles including VAT or more, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a Top 10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, estimate documentation, an ongoing request for a commercial proposal.
