Payment terms:
Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, bill of exchange of RUSAL Achinsk JSC.
Delivery terms:
The criteria for expert assessment of the choice of the Contractor for the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in edition of the contract of the customer.
4. The contractor for capital / current repair and reconstruction is obliged:
- to be a member of the SRO in the field of capital repairs of capital construction facilities (Clause 1 of Article 55.8 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation), with the right to participate in competitive procurements and conclude capital repair contracts and a corresponding contribution to the compensation fund to secure contractual obligations, except as otherwise specified in Clauses 2.1, 2.2 of Article 52 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
- overhaul / current repair and reconstruction works should be carried out in accordance with the developed project of works (PPR);
- ensure the availability of qualified engineering and technical personnel to perform the functions of the Contractor, as well as qualified workers of leading specialties to carry out the volume of work;
- ensure the availability of a certified system, the scope of certification should correspond to the types of work performed on the facility (major / current repair and reconstruction);
- ensure the availability of a certified system, labor safety and health protection;
- ensure the availability of experience in the subject of procurement for at least two years.
5. Duration of work: until 01.09.2020
6. Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, bill of exchange of RUSAL Achinsk JSC.
7. Quality assurance of work, services from 24 months.
8. Availability in the ownership of the company or under a lease of specialized machinery, equipment.
9. The contractor is obliged to produce supporting documents upon request.
10. For failure to meet the deadlines for work, penalties are provided in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work performed.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
