Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of work/rendering of services and signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the performance of services/ works.

Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, must, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded.
Delivery terms:Location of the object: Russian Federation, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Oymyakonsky ulus district, Drazhnoye deposit, Taryn Gold Mining Company JSC.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.


The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead. The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
When submitting an bid to participate in the request for proposals, you must attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list is supported by the documentation).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВНИМАНИЕ:1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel. Также к запросу должна быть прикреплена СМЕТА затрат.
3. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня, прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться
4. Срок действия КП не менее 60 календарных дней.
