Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer subject to receipt from the Contractor of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Customer. The Customer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 working days from the date of performance of works, provision of services and signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the performance of services, works.

In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, and services may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding.
The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer according to the Customer's form (Appendix No. 1) with the signature of the responsible person, as well as in an editable format. Quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the product. The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
