If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Within 60 days from the date of the invoice, if there is a signed acceptance certificate for the work performed (in cases stipulated by the legislation, the unified form KS-2 and a certificate in the form KS-3 are used), executive documentation and the original invoice ... If the date of the invoice is earlier than the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed without comment, then the Customer has the right to increase the payment period by the number of days between these dates.
Delivery terms:
DDP (Incoterms 2010), ready for unloading at the buyer's assembly site or intermediate storage.
Comments: Please attach to the application a detailed technical and commercial proposal, taking into account the breakdown of the cost for materials / equipment and work according to the form.
Also indicate in the offer or the attached letter the terms of payment, guarantees for work and equipment, terms of work.
Please note that offers exceeding the specified maximum price for the product / service will not be accepted for consideration.

- contract template and annexes to it.
Mondi SLPK JSC reserves the right to change the deadline for collecting technical and commercial proposals, to cancel the collection of technical and commercial proposals, to refuse all offers, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect losses.
The decision to select a counterparty for this request will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
The costs associated with the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are non-refundable.
