Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ; данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ.
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств. Приложенный Договор не является публичной офертой, однако условия Договора будут являться обязательными для победителя торгов.
