Payment terms:There is no advance payment (if it is impossible to work on a non-cash basis, prescribe your own terms of the advance with justification of the reason, but not more than 30%).
General contracting expenses in the amount of 5% are included in the total cost.
Payment within 20 working days after signing the COP-2, COP-3.
Final payment – 10% payment (deferred payment) from the amount of the contract – after the completion and delivery of the entire scope of work under the contract and the signing of the final Act of delivery and acceptance of work (Appendix No. 7 to the contract) within 35 working days.

Essential conditions of the tender:
1) Execution of works – in accordance with the terms of reference.
2) The volumes of work specified in the cost calculation form are subject to verification and recalculation.
3) If there are works unaccounted for in the project and the terms of reference – enter them in the cost calculation form.
4) Submission of the documents specified in Appendix No. 6 is mandatory for all participants, the absence of documents/non-compliance with the established requirements is the basis for refusal of admission to participate in this tender procedure.
