Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment terms according to the requirements of Rusagro Group: postpayment.$ Intermediate payments are allowed upon acceptance of performed works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier/Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee in the Bank of the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, estimate documentation, a request for quotation.

Be sure to attach all documentation according to the quotation request. Participants who have not made a visit to the facilities for familiarization with the scope of work are not allowed to the tender.
