Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:The Customer shall pay the Contractor an advance payment of up to 100% of the value of materials and equipment according to the financing schedule within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the contract. The sum of the one-time payment according to the financing schedule may not exceed 30% of the cost of materials and equipment. Payment for the performed works is made monthly on the basis of signed certificates of performed works on the form of KS-2, certificate of cost of works and expenses (form KS-3) signed from both sides.
