Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is provided in the accompanying letter (appendix).
2. Applications will not be accepted without loaded documentation: A quotation, a completed contract price calculation, a quotation card, and a cost calculation, including all costs.
3. Criteria for selecting the best offer: Availability of necessary documents for construction activities. Quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
