1. Proposals will not be accepted without uploaded documentation:
- commercial proposal with the calculation of the cost of work;
- title documents listed in the list;
- proform.
2. Criteria for choosing the best offer: presence of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms of works, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
3. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
5. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
