Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

In parallel with the competition, devices are being tested, so when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested will be taken into account (at the time of the decision).

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty: It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several equivalent models that meet the requirements of the Requirements Specification.
Terms of payment - mandatory deferral of 60 cal.days from the date of delivery/provision of the service.

Readiness of the Contractual counterparty to provide the proposed equipment for testing within one week (if not previously provided)

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
