Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The buyer shall pay for the work performed in the amount of 100% of its value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the works performed, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness of the work performed and on condition that the Buyer receives the proper the form of the contract, the original contract and the specification. In case of violation of the above-mentioned conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is made within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:The end of the work - no later than 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. (The supplier purchases and delivers all materials necessary for the proper performance of work under the contract - at his own expense).

Settlements under the agreement are made using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the procedure "request for proposals", recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a current account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purpose of making payments under an agreement for the conclusion of which a request for proposals was made.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.

The participant of the purchase MUST attach the commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. The price offer and the terms of delivery submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer. Attachment to the application documentation, according to the attached list - is required.
