Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment in the order of 100% upon the provision of services with a deferred payment of at least 20 banking days, a longer deferred payment period is welcomed, payment days are Tuesday / Thursday.
In case of requesting a prepayment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee for one of the TOP-10 banks in the amount of prepayment.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the work at its discretion and without giving reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. A standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
4. The template contract template The organizer sends to interested potential suppliers upon an additional request.
5. A participant in this procedure shall send a Commercial Proposal on the standard form of the Procedure Organizer.
6. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant that does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
