Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:When preparing a commercial offer, you must specify the price in rubles. Prices are indicated with VAT. The price is firm. The maximum amount of accounts receivable for the Contractor's Work may not exceed 15% of the cost of performing Work under the contract (excluding materials).
If the amount of the outstanding advance payment for work reaches 15% of the cost of performing Work under the contract, the bid for advance payment is rejected by the Customer.
Repeated consideration by the Customer of the bid for an advance payment for Work is possible only after repayment of accounts receivable (paid advance payment for Work) Contractor
