Comments:
In the commercial proposal indicate the price per 1 m2. The cost should include the following types of work:
Dismantling:
1. Cutting joints with a size of 2 * 2m for the entire thickness of the concrete slab (200-220mm).
2. Installation of anchors.
3. Installation hinges.
4. Excavation of concrete fragments 2 * 2m by a crane with a manipulator
5. Removal of concrete fragments from the workshop (with unloading on the territory of Salavatsteklo JSC)
6. Cleaning.
Reinforced concrete floor device:
1. . Digging and transportation of crushed stone within the territory of the plant.
2. Sealing the base with vibration equipment.
3. 50mm concrete preparation device.
4. Laying of a plastic film with an overlay of 200 mm.
5. Reinforcing frame device:
upper AIII Ø12mm, pitch 150 * 150mm,
lower AIII Ø12mm, pitch 100 * 100mm,
on AI ties Ø8mm, pitch 600mm, with a protective layer of 35mm on plastic clips.
6. Concrete laying using vibrators.
7. Concrete grouting using Refloor corundum topping.
8. Concrete care (curing).
9. Cutting and filling of heat-shrink seams with sealant.
The work is carried out in the current production building! The presence of dirt and dust is unacceptable.
Work is carried out in cramped conditions!
Concrete cutting should only be carried out with diamond cutting, remove the formed dirt immediately with industrial vacuum cleaners.
