6. Duration of
work

7. Scope of work The scope and list of work includes, but is not limited to, the scope of work
listed below.
The works are carried out by the Contractor in full, "turnkey",
by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary
consumables and related expenses.
1. Statement of the scope of work (Appendix A) according to the Working
Documentation (Appendix B) and the terms of reference.
2. Purchase of the materials specified in Appendix A, as well
as consumables and other materials necessary for the work.
3. Delivery, unloading, storage of materials on the territory,
movement of materials to the place of work.
4. Performing input control of materials, products and structures.
5. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site.
6. Preparation and coordination with the Customer of the PPR, GPR and all documents necessary
for the work.
7. The device of monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
8. Care of concrete.
9. Non-destructive testing of the strength of monolithic reinforced
concrete structures.
10. Other work necessary for the successful completion of the work.
11. Transfer of a set of Executive documentation and delivery of works.
12. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be delivered
By the customer, as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place
of work, completeness, protection and safety of material and
property, etc., for the performance of work remains with the Contractor.

9. Requirements for
the work
1. Before the start of installation, perform a geodetic survey
of the grillwork structures for compliance with the planned and altitude position,
notify the Customer about excess deviations and discrepancies with the Executive survey
.
2. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and the schedule of
work with the Customer. It is prohibited to carry out work without an agreed PPR.
3. Perform input control of materials, products and structures.
4. The device of monolithic and installation of precast reinforced concrete structures
should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 70.13330.2012.
5. The structures of technological underground pits should be made of concrete
of class B25 W6 F150 for concrete preparation of concrete of class B7.5 with a thickness
of 100 mm.
6. Reinforcement should be performed with rod fittings of class A240, A500C according to
GOST 34028-2016.
7. Reinforcing products must be cleaned
of rust and dirt before installation in the formwork. The manufacture of bent rods is carried out in a cold
state on mandrels with a diameter of 5d.
8. The connections of the fittings are carried out using knitting wire.
9. To provide a protective layer, use plastic clips.
It is forbidden to use fittings or boards as fixators of the protective layer
.
10. During the construction process, ensure the control of the strength of concrete
by non-destructive methods according to GOST 22690-2015, GOST 18105-2010.
11. At all stages of work
, surface and ground water must be removed from the pit using drainage.
The design of drainage pits should prevent the leaching
of sand particles from the soil of the base.
12. Backfill of the sinuses and the base under the bottom of the pits should be carried
out with medium-sized sand with a layer-by-layer seal (200-300 mm) up
to a compaction coefficient of 0.95.
13. All concrete surfaces in contact with the ground should be treated
with a coating waterproofing (GOST 7415-86) in 2 layers.
Protect the waterproofing with a PLANTER Standard membrane. The PLANTER Standard membrane
should be fixed to the walls of the pit using a profiled membrane adhesive.
The integrity of the waterproofing is not allowed to be violated.
14. All internal concrete surfaces in contact with the ground
should be treated with a 2-layer Penetron Admix protective coating.
15. Put a bentonite

19. Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation
by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost
of the work performed are closed upon the fact, i.e. losses during transportation and
unloading /loading, overlaps, trimming, overlaps, coefficient for
irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be
included in the cost of work.
20. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily
report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed.

23. Requirements for

The contractor is obliged to strictly comply with the requirements of OT and TB, in

as the internal requirements of the enterprise when carrying out work. The Contractor
is obliged to respond immediately to all comments from the Customer
on violations of the rules of OTiTB, and immediately eliminate such comments.
The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until
the violations are eliminated, if such violations may lead to serious
injuries or death of the contractor's employees. The Customer has the right to impose a fine
on the Contractor for not fulfilling the Customer's requirements to eliminate violations
of the OTiTB rules.
