Comments:
1. This competitive procedure on the prior selection of the Supplier shall be sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the commercial request procedure offers, which (as well as the procedure of pre-selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without any liability to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, participants must be accredited to the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without explanation between several potential suppliers participating in a competitive procedure
3. The template of the customer's standard contract is attached in the documentation for the tender
