Payment terms:Payment for services for the disposal of drilling mud, spent drilling mud,drilling wastewater is made within 120 calendar days, on the basis of a signed Act of completed work and an invoice of the established form, as well as documents (copies of acceptance certificates, etc.) confirming the delivery of waste for disposal/neutralization.

This procedure for requesting prices is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached in the PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION!

The application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory. Specify the contact cell phone number of the representative who formed the com. offer.

1. The presence of work experience in the territory of the Samara region.
2. Availability of permits and other permits for the implementation of works on the extraction, export and disposal of drilling waste. (drilling mud, spent drilling mud, drilling waste water) on the territory of the Samara region.
3. The Contractor undertakes to equip special equipment with GPS trackers and, at the request of the Customer, provide data on the movement of special equipment.
4. Conclusion of a framework agreement.
5. The availability of permits for the use of drilling mud disposal technology in the barn body is welcome.
6. The presence of a positive conclusion of the State environmental Expertise.
7. The ability to determine the fullness of equipment (the presence of a calibration scale)
8. The density value for determining the mass of drilling mud, spent drilling mud and drilling waste (BS -1.6; OBR and BSV-1.16).
9. Availability of accreditation for PJSC "Rosneft" or JSC "Samaraneftegaz" 10. Compliance with the standard requirements imposed on the contractor for the performance of waste management works ( Appendix 2).
