1. Scrap metal is removed by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the base
2. The scrap is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap on a working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the scrap volume according to the terms and conditions of the specification. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted offer (no letter of refusal, no contact by mail or phone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the period of validity of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the conditions of the tender, then in the next three months the tender committee does not consider his proposals.
