1. Scrap metal is transported by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the management company OOO TMS Group.
2. Scrap is weighed on the scales of the Supplier.
3. The buyer is obliged to ensure the export of scrap metal by at least 2 transport units on each business day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer must ensure the export of 100% of the scrap metal according to the terms and conditions of the specification. If the winner of the lot does not have information about the relevance of the submitted proposal (lack of a rejection letter, no contact by mail or telephone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the validity period of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the tender conditions, in the next three months, the tender committee does not consider its proposals.
