1. The removal of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the Management Company of LLC TMS Group.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap metal by at least 2 units of transport on each working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the volume of scrap metal according to the terms and conditions of the specification. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted proposal (no letter of refusal, no contact by mail or by phone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the validity period of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the conditions of the tender, then in the next three months the tender committee does not consider his proposals.

6. The Buyer's representatives are obliged to undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection upon admission to the Supplier's territory.
7. Introductory briefing is conducted by the Supplier's labor protection specialist.
8. While working on the territory of the Supplier, all representatives of the Buyer must be provided with appropriate overalls, safety footwear and other PPE.
9. The Buyer's representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives on the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets is not allowed.
