1. The export of scrap metal is made by the buyer's own transport from the base of the Criminal Code of LLC "TMS Group".
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the supplier's scales.
3. The buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap metal at least 2 units of transport each working day at the request of the supplier.
4. The buyer is obliged to export 100% of the scrap volume according to the terms and specifications. In case of absence from the winner of a lot of information on actuality of the offered offer (absence of the refusal letter, absence of communication by mail or by phone), and also, if the winner of a lot refuses acceptance of scrap during the period of validity of the concluded Specifications and does not comply with the terms of the tender, then in the next three months the Competition Commission does not consider its proposals.
