BINDING conditions 1. The export of scrap metal is produced by our own transport buyer territory bases CC OOO "TMS groups." 2. Weighing scrap metal is produced on the scale of the supplier. 3. The buyer is obliged to ensure the export of scrap metal of not less than 4-transport units in each working day on request of the supplier. 4. The buyer must provide 100% of the scrap metal removal in accordance with the terms and condition specifications. In case of absence, the winner of the lot information on the relevance of the submitted proposals (the lack of an exemption letter, lack of territorial access to the communication by mail or phone), as well as the lot if the winner refuses from acceptance of the validity period of the scrap with them specs and not fulfilling the conditions of the tender, in the next three months the competition Commission did not consider his proposal.
