1. The export of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the BC BC TMS Group LLC.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on Supplier's scales.
3. The buyer is required to ensure that the scrap metal is taken by at least 2 to 4 units of transport each business day upon the Supplier's request.
4. The buyer is required to ensure 100% of the scrap metal is taken according to the time and condition of the specification If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the offer submitted (no rejection letter, no mail or telephone), and if the lot winner waives acceptance of scrap during the period of the specification concluded with it and does not comply with the terms of the tender, then in the following three months the competition committee does not consider its offers.

6. Buyer's representatives are required to receive an induction training on occupational safety when admitted to the Supplier's territory.
7. The induction is carried out by the Provider's Labour Guard Specialist.
8. While working on the Supplier's premises, all Buyer's customers must be provided with appropriate workwear, special shoes and other PPE.
9. Buyer's representatives are required to use personal protective equipment.
10. No security helmets are allowed to be found in the Supplier's territory.
