1. Loading and removal of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the management company LLC "TMS group".

2. Weighing of scrap metal is carried out on the scales of the Supplier in Almetyevsk.

3. The buyer is obliged to ensure the export of at least 100% of the scrap metal volume according to the terms and conditions of the specification.

6. Buyer's representatives are required to undergo introductory instruction on labor protection when admitted to the Supplier's territory.

7. The introductory briefing is conducted by the Supplier's occupational safety specialist.
8. While working on the Supplier's territory, all Buyer's representatives must be provided with appropriate overalls, safety shoes and other PPE.
9. Buyer's representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives on the Supplier's territory without protective helmets is not allowed.
