1. The export of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the premises of TMS Group LLC.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure that 100% of the scrap metal is removed according to the deadline and subject to the Supplier's request specification.

3. The supplier has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

6. Buyer's representatives are required to undergo an occupational safety induction briefing upon admission to the Supplier's territory.
7. The induction is conducted by the Supplier's Service Security Specialist.
8s. All Buyer's agents must be provided with appropriate workwear, special shoes and other PPE during their work on the premises of the Supplier.
9. Buyer's representatives are required to use personal protective equipment.
10s. Representatives are not allowed to be on the premises of the Supplier without safety helmets.
