Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Workshop of LLC "NKT-Service" Management Company LLC "TMS Group":
1. Almetyevsky workshop (Almetyevsky district, village Minnibaevo);
2. Elkhovsky workshop (Almetyevsky district, industrial base Kichuy);
3. Dzhalilskiy shop (Almetyevskiy district, Suleevo industrial base);
4. Service center for the repair of NSh (Almetyevsky district, near the village of Abdrakhmanovo);
5. Nurlatsky workshop (Nurlatsky district, Andreevka village);
6. Prikamskiy shop (Yelabuga district, Tikhonovo village)
7. Aznakaevsky workshop (m. Aznakaevo)

From the moment of payment in the period from 01.12. until 31.12.2020
MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
1. The removal of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the Management Company of LLC TMS Group.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the volume of scrap metal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specification at the Supplier's request.

1. Acceptance of the text of the Supplier's contract;

3. The supplier has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without giving reasons.

6. The Buyer's representatives are obliged to undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection upon admission to the Supplier's territory.
7. Introductory briefing is conducted by the Supplier's labor protection specialist.
8. While working on the territory of the Supplier, all representatives of the Buyer must be provided with appropriate overalls, safety footwear and other PPE.
9. The Buyer's representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives on the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets is not allowed.
