From the moment of payment in the period from 01.06.2021 to 30.06.2021.
MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
1. The export of scrap metal is made by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the UK LLC "TMS Group"
2. Scrap Metal Weighing is carried out on the Supplier's scales.
3. The buyer is obliged to ensure the export of 100% scrap metal volume according to the terms and condition of specification on the request of the Supplier.

6. Representatives of the Buyer are obliged to undergo introductory training on occupational safety when admitted to the territory of the Supplier.
7. Introductory briefing is carried out by a specialist in labor protection of the Supplier.
8. During the operation on the territory of the Supplier, all Buyer's presence must be provided with appropriate overalls, special shoes and other PPE.
9. Buyer representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives in the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets is not allowed.
