MANDATORY TERMS:
1. The export of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the BC BC TMS Group LLC.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on Supplier's scales.
3. The buyer is required to ensure 100% of the scrap metal is taken in accordance with the timing and condition of the Supplier's application specification.

1. Adoption of the Provider's contract
2. Only full sentences are considered;
3. The supplier has the right to refuse to enter into a contract without explanation.

6. Buyer's representatives are required to receive an induction training on occupational safety when admitted to the Supplier's territory.
7. The induction is carried out by the Provider's Labour Guard Specialist.
8. While working on the Supplier's premises, all Buyer's customers must be provided with appropriate workwear, special shoes and other PPE.
9. Buyer's representatives are required to use personal protective equipment.
10. No security helmets are allowed to be found in the Supplier's territory.
