MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
1. The removal of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the Management Company of LLC TMS Group.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the volume of scrap metal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specification at the Supplier's request.

1. Acceptance of the text of the Supplier's contract;

3. The supplier has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without giving reasons.

6. Representatives of the Buyer are obliged to undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection upon admission to the territory of the Supplier.
7. Introductory briefing is conducted by the Supplier's labor protection specialist.
8. While working on the territory of the Supplier, all representatives of the Buyer must be provided with appropriate overalls, safety footwear and other PPE.
9. The Buyer's representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives on the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets is not allowed.
