1. The removal of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the MC LLC "TMS Group".
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap metal by at least 2 units of transport on each working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the volume of scrap metal according to the terms and conditions of the specification. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted offer (no letter of refusal, no contact by mail or phone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the period of validity of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the conditions of the tender, then in the next three months the tender committee does not consider his proposals.
