1. Scrap metal is removed by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the UK TMS Group LLC.
2. The scrap is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap metal with at least 2 units of transport on each working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer must ensure the removal of 100% of the scrap metal volume according to the terms and conditions of the specification If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted offer (no exemption letter, no contact by mail or phone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the period of validity of the specification concluded with it and does not comply with the conditions of the tender, then in the next three months the tender commission does not consider its proposals.

10. Representatives are not allowed on the Supplier's premises without safety helmets.
