Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferment of payment
In the event of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligation under the contract, the Contractor shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of work under this contract for each day of delay.
Delivery terms:1. Availability:
- licenses for the collection, transportation, processing, utilization, disposal, disposal of wastes of I-IV hazard classes;
- availability of specialized transport for moving waste;
- the cost of placement, utilization and disposal is set for 1 ton of waste.

Требования к поставщику:1. Наличие:
- лицензии по сбору, транспортированию, обработке, утилизации, обезвреживанию, размещению отходов I-IV классов опасности;
- наличие специализированного транспорта для перемещения отходов;
- стоимость размещения, утилизации и обезвреживания устанавливается за 1 тонну отхода.
