Ranking of bids

Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)

Other requirements and explanations:
The quality of the Contractor's waste disposal services must comply with the norms and requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding these services. The Contractor has its own or leased (long-term lease) transport and a license for transporting waste of hazard class 4-5 to the environment from the Customer's facilities. It is mandatory for the Contractor to provide containers free of charge (dense bags (constantly)/boxes and garbage containers with lids with a volume of 0.36-1.1 m3) for the accumulation of food waste at the Customer's facilities. Provision of garbage containers with lids and wheels with a volume of 0.36-1.1 m3 for each object is mandatory within a month from the date of signing the contract. Replacement of containers and containers for food waste in case of their breakdown is carried out at the expense of the Contractor. The Contractor, if necessary, has valid documents confirming legality in the field of food waste management. Provision by the Contractor of waste passports and analyses of the accredited laboratory of the component composition of waste generated from the collection of food waste from stores and hypermarkets for their transportation (provision to the Customer within 2 months from the date of signing the contract). The list of facilities may change in the future upon the opening of new/ closing of existing facilities of the Customer (regulated by an additional agreement to the Contract). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the acceptance and loading, processing and disposal of food waste on its own and at its own expense, or with the involvement of third parties who have the necessary licenses, certificates and equipment, which are provided to the Customer upon his request immediately.

E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
