Comments:
1. Участник должен быть пользователем, зарегистрированным в Торгово-закупочной системе "В2В-Кордиант" на http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru в установленном порядке и обладающим правами Участника Системы.
3.Данная процедура не является публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Организатор вправе отказаться от проведения закупки в любое время со дня ее объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок без наложения ответственности.
4.Если исполнитель принимает участие в торгах, значит он соглашается в случае объявления его победителем заключить договор о поставке и договор оказания услуг по типовой форме ОАО «Кордиант» без протокола разногласий и осуществить поставку на условиях, указанных в объявление о закупке.
5.Все цены в предложении должны включать все налоги и другие обязательные платежи, стоимость всех сопутствующих услуг, а также все скидки, предлагаемые поставщиком.
