Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The participant indicates the price in rubles for 1 ton of scrap, excluding VAT. VAT 20% is calculated and paid independently by the tax agent (Buyer). The buyer in his commercial proposal offers payment terms of 100%, determined by the terms of the contract.
Location and terms of delivery:Scrap metal removal is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Buyer.
Mandatory availability of a license for the buyer to carry out activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.
Acceptance of scrap by the buyer from the seller is carried out at the seller's site upon weighing on the weighing equipment of the Seller (weighing plant), while the scrap is sold according to its actual weight. No reduction in the price of clogging is provided.

Comments:
The participant who made an offer, before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
- charter (with all additions and changes, if any);
- certificate of state registration;
- certificate of tax registration;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received no later than 5 days prior to the submission of documents;
- balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance;
- certificate of simplified taxation system (if the Counterparty applies the simplified taxation system)
- documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents (decision / protocol of appointment, order to take office, power of attorney;
- commercial offer indicating the price in rubles for 1 ton of scrap (excluding VAT);
- a license to carry out activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Place of the trading procedure: The trading procedure is carried out in electronic form on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
