The supplied products shall comply with the specification for raw materials of OAO "Zhirovoy Kombinat" (please, refer to the attached documents). Be sure to provide the following documents: 1) Signed technical specification of OAO "Zhirovoy Kombinat" 2) Manufacturer's technical specification translated into Russian 3) Сonformity declaration under Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. Please,consider our standard contract form and assessment criteria in terms of the procedure. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
