Payment terms:I ask to choose the applicants one of the following options according to the terms of payment, according to which IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" cooperates:
- 100% delay of payment upon delivery of equipment;
- Advance payment in the amount of 500 000 RUB from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remaining part on the fact of delivery of equipment to the address of "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of all equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your KP).

Comments:
For technical questions on placement of offers, please contact +7 495 989-85-19 ext. :: 7610/7620. The choice of the supplier is carried out at the minimum price taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of the IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" on the terms of cooperation for payment specified above, according to the standard form of the Buyer's contract.
Please upload the quotation as well as the reference list confirming the competence of the supplier.
For the convenience of issuing a quote, please send to our address the completed table in an electronic form, as well as its scan with signature and seal. After the end of the auction, 60 minutes will be given to update the documentation.

Only the contract in the editorial office of the buyer is accepted without protocols of disagreement.
Be sure to upload and send by post the quality certificates and manufacturer's passports for the offered products.
Please note that this request is not a type of competition/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447—449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.
