4. After the end of trading in b2b-Mechel participants give sentence with the last price electronically at the e-mail: O.N.Savelieva@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax 8 (384-63) 5-04-19 during 1 (one) working day since the end of the submission of proposals. In the event of a breach of this requirement, all listings of such party may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration of the merits.
For counterparties, pre-registered in the system but have not received DS and not paid for participation in the system, you can download the Organizer request for proposals proposals on behalf of the counterparty. This requires three documents:
- Offer (offer), notarized by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- Document establishing the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
