Delivery terms:1. The equipment should be calculated based on possible deviations of the properties and
compositions of the working media within ± 5% of the values indicated in the tables.
2. T=20 °C and P=101325 Pa are taken as standard conditions.
3. Primary verification (calibration) must be performed in accordance with the established procedure
by an organization accredited to perform this type of work in the Russian Federation;
4. All documentation must be in Russian.
5. The equipment must be not used, original, not
restored.
6. If there is no equipment manufacturer in the nomenclature with connection with
the specified type of thread allows the use of equipment with a different type of thread
, subject to the complete delivery of the mounting kit for the transition to the thread
specified in the OL.
7. On the date of delivery of the SI, the validity period of the verification must be at least half
of the verification interval of this SI. The SI must be uniquely identified
(have a number).
8. Response time – the time interval between the moment of a stepwise change
in the measured physical size and the moment when the value of the output signal for the
first time reaches a value of 63.2 expressed as a percentage of the difference between
the initial and final steady-state values of the output signal.
9. Galvanic connection of power conductors to the CIP housing
from the CIP side (DC IT system) is prohibited.
10. Thermowells must withstand the maximum possible operating
pressure at the place of their installation during the entire service life. Thermowells must
maintain their geometric dimensions throughout the assigned service life
at the maximum flow rate at the installation site. The length of the sensing element
(sensor) must correspond to the length of the thermowell of the temperature converter.
When ordering a thermal converter complete with a protective sleeve, provide a calculation
of the strength of the protective sleeve made on the basis of the data specified in
paragraphs 2.1..2.8.
