Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

1.This procurement procedure is not a tender, Notification/Notice of the procurement is not a public offer of the Customer. The requisitioner/Purchaser shall not be liable to the suppliers who participated in the procurement procedure.
2. Following the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be offered the conclusion of the contract in the form attached in the procurement documentation, and on the terms on which the participant of the procurement procedure was recognized winner.
The contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in this Notice.
In case of disagreement on the form and content of the contract, or delay in signing the contract by the Winner and, as a consequence, the absence of a signed contract by the Winner procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Purchaser about its recognition as the Winner, the Purchaser has the right to review the results of the procurement procedure.
