Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of the consignment note on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
The commissions of the Customer's Bank are credited to the Customer's account.
Commissions from other banks are credited to the Participant's account.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier and is carried out exclusively during the Customer's working hours, delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer.
Planned delivery time: March 2024.
The planned deadline for completion of commissioning works: April 30, 2024.
The equipment offered for delivery must be mass-produced by the manufacturer. Exhibition samples of Equipment are not allowed for delivery.
The product must be new, factory-assembled, not restored and not assembled from used parts.
Packaging and packaging must ensure the safety and security of equipment during transportation by covered transport, as well as during storage in a covered warehouse.
The product must be of high quality, meet the declared characteristics, the standards of the manufacturer.
The product must be delivered with a set of documents according to the norms of the manufacturer:
• Product passport
• User Manual
• Operation and Repair Manual
• Safety Manual
• Certificates of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union
• Electrical circuits, mounting
• General types of equipment
• Drawings of equipment, tooling
• Software on electronic media
• List of wear-resistant parts
• All measuring instruments must be accompanied by certificates of verification
All calibrated equipment must have:
• Calibration/verification or test certificate according to GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 or equivalent.
• Certificate and scope of accreditation of the laboratory that issued the GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 Certificate or equivalent.
• Original calibration certificate/statement of accuracy issued by the manufacturer

The requirements for the Product are given in Appendix No. 2
The participant must confirm the conformity of the offered product with the requirements specified in these appendices.
Participants may submit an alternative proposal with technical solutions equivalent or superior in terms of technical characteristics and operational properties to the requirements defined in Annex No.2.
All supplied equipment must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
