Preferred payment terms - 100% payment upon delivery within 60 days. The preferred expiration period of the offer is 60 days. Price excl. VAT with delivery to Buyer's warehouse

Comments: If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic marketplace, the Organizer of the Procedure shall be entitled to accept an offer from such participant email gmz_b2b@gmz.kuzbass.net by uploading this offer to the site by yourself through the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
- Member must be registered in the System;
- The offer must be received at least 6 business hours prior to the Notice deadline for the Offers and must be notified of the person in charge on the phone.
The documents should include a formal letter of appeal to the Procurement Procurement Organizer requesting an electronic version of its proposal and waiving any claim that The Offer will not be placed in the System by the Participant.
Please note that this request is not a notice of competition or a public announcement and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.

and selected the winner: "EZTM" OAO – (Bidder 3) (Смирнов А.С.) submitting a bid dated of 23.09.2021 15:47 totalling to 9 799 010,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT) for all items
Обоснование: Выбранный поставщик: Признать победителем ООО "Электростальский завод тяжелого машиностроения" с предложением поданным в ходе переторжки на общую стоимость 9 799 010руб без НДС с доставкой до склада Покупателя. Поставка согласно графика. Условие оплаты : 30% предоплата за годовой объем за 120 кал дней до даты поставки первой партии, 70% предоплата в течение 10 кал дней по факту уведомления о готовности к отгрузке.
Отклонить предложение ООО НПФ "Метмаш" с предложение по наименьшей приведенной стоимости - ранее поставки валков от данного поставщика не производились, проверка качества на ГМЗ не проходила.
Обоснование выбора: Приемлемая стоимость с учетом условий оплаты и поставки. Качество соответствует требованию заявителя. Действующий изготовитель и поставщик валков на ОАО ГМЗ.
