Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The products must be new, not used. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to choose any Offer, or to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
