Payment terms:
Оплата по Договору осуществляется в рублях Российской Федерации путем перечисления Заказчиком денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика. Оплата производится Заказчиком после поставки товара, при условии предоставлении правильно оформленных приходных документов в течение 15 дней.
Delivery terms:
Цена включает в себя все затраты и издержки Поставщика, в том числе поставку Товара, погрузочно-разгрузочные работы, транспортные и таможенные расходы, страхование, уплату налогов и других обязательных платежей, уборку и вывоз упаковочного материала, а также стоимость сопутствующих услуг и иные расходы Поставщика, связанные с исполнением настоящего Договора.
