The contract is to be concluded as worded by the buyer, no protocols of disagreements are acceptable. The quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the offered products shall be uploaded in electronic form and attached to the supplied products. Please note, that this request is not a form of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In terms of holding a RFP/RFQ, invitation to participate, together with the request-related documents, is the invitation of the suppliers to provide offers towards the Organizer of the purchase procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer by a potential RFP/RFQ participant. At the same time the Organizer is not obliged to conclude the contract based on the results of the procedure.
