5. Бухгалтерский баланс по состоянию на последнюю отчетную дату с отметкой налогового органа о принятии.
6. Документы, подтверждающие полномочия представителя на подписание документов:
— Решение (Протокол).
— Доверенность.
7. Предложение по поставке товара (см. раздел "Закупочная документация")
